Since 1996, RQC, LLC. has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. We now have an international presence spanning coast to coast, including U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. We offer project management throughout the United States, with field operations' team members working on location for each project. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction, primarily in the Department of Defense market.

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified General Laborer to join our Electrical Self-Perform team for construction projects based in Kings Bay, Georgia.

This project requires variable shifts to meet deadlines and ensure continuous coverage. Shift work is expected to last through the end of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent and project team with materials handling, including receiving, storing, and managing inventory.
• Prepare materials for installation.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain effective communication and adhere to safety standards aligned with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $17.75 - $22.00 per hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) with Match

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of field or trade work experience as an Electrician Assistant or Warehouse Apprentice in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting; experience in government, military, or large commercial construction preferred.
• Experience in warehouse management or construction industry.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications required.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.).
