Position: General Laborer / Utility – Baltimore, OH

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift (must be able to work 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, switching every 2 weeks, schedule: 2-2-3). Scheduled to work half the year

Pay: $25.20 per hour. Earn up to $55,000+ per year!

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations teams with varied duties based on operational needs.
• Package products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specifications and transport to warehouses.
• Deliver baled raw materials for recycling in paper manufacturing.
• Spend approximately 40% of time operating a hand-controlled Bobcat; remaining time for general cleanup and training for higher-paying positions.
• Training on powered industrial trucks will be provided.
• Operate routine production machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range
