Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and field personnel.
• Manage day-to-day field operations with safety and schedule focus.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials for efficiency.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, GC clients, and stakeholders.
• Plan electrical installations from layout through final inspection.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Mentor field employees and foster a high-performing team.
