Overview:
Blvd Electric Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead our commercial electrical construction projects. This role is critical in overseeing on-site operations, managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results within strict timelines. If you have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, and a passion for mentoring teams, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on commercial job sites.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and electrical codes.
• Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, switchgear, and control systems.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure schedules are met, and RFIs and change orders are handled efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation or construction phases.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure job site efficiency.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to build a skilled workforce.
• Communicate with the project management team to provide updates and address any site concerns.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, code compliance, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
• Proven track record of managing crews, maintaining safety, and delivering projects on time.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with construction safety regulations are highly desirable.
