CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Electrical General Foreman to supervise solar construction activities on utility-scale projects. The role focuses on the electrical scope and requires hands-on leadership in trenching, cable installation, terminations, and testing in outdoor environments.
Candidates should be able to work outdoors in various weather, lift heavy materials, and train crew members in best practices. Prior solar construction experience is preferred, and safety is paramount.

This is a field-based, hands-on position in which successful candidates contribute to the construction of a solar field. This position supports the electrical scope.
