Job summary

Rogers Electric in Dallas is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to oversee multiple electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate manpower, schedules, and materials while ensuring NEC compliance and safety on site.

You will mentor field personnel, read and interpret drawings, and partner with project managers to keep projects on time and within budget. A strong leadership background and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role as a Foreman or General Foreman.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and the NEC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
  • Mentor and develop field personnel to build strong, high-performing teams.

Position Summary

As the General Foreman, you will oversee multiple electrical crews and supervise field operations on commercial and/or industrial construction projects. You will coordinate manpower, manage schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe, productive job site while working closely with project managers, superintendents, and clients.
