Job summary

ERock is seeking an assembly technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble and calibrate Gen sets, read blueprints, use measuring tools, and troubleshoot hardware and control systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engines or electrical tech, ASE certification, and a detail-oriented approach to quality workmanship. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engines or electrical technician experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, specifications and procedures.
• Skill in reading measuring devices (micrometers, scales, torque wrenches, etc.).
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently use hand tools (mechanical, pneumatic, electrical)
• Perform periodic inspections for manufacturing needs
• Assemble ERock Gen sets with precision
• Learn and use manufacturer software to troubleshoot engine and control system issues
• Follow work orders and engineering drawings
• Troubleshoot and repair parts as needed
• Work in confined spaces when required
• Ensure safe operation of electrical equipment
• Learn and use current technology for documentation and communication
