Qualifications

• Experience reading mechanical drawings, layout drawings, and BOMs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment safely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical gear, enclosures, frames, bus structures, and subassemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Verify correct placement and secure mounting before wiring and testing.
• Follow quality procedures, 5S, and safety guidelines; complete production documentation.
• Identify issues, rework as needed, and support ISO audits.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to improve methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA/UL/ISO standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teamwork.
