Modine Manufacturing Company in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level assembler to assist in installing and testing electrical components and sub-systems. You will mount components, route cables, and verify terminations to ensure secure, compliant connections in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for several hours, and follow wiring diagrams and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
• Ability to reach over shoulders/head.
• Ability to bend at waist and knees.
• Ability to twist at shoulders/waist.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install and test electrical components and systems.
• Mount components, route cables and wire termination.
• Review drawings, cut sheets, and termination sheets for secure connections.
• Troubleshoot control panels to ensure proper function.
• Identify and report issues with the assembly process to supervisor.
• Prepare parts for sub-assemblies and cut wires per diagrams.
• Use power tools safely and accurately.
• Partner with Production Lead to meet SOPs.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
