Job summary

PSG Energy Services is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical installations across out-of-town projects. You will mentor crews, interpret blueprints, and drive site execution while ensuring safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in electrical construction, at least 2 years as a foreman, OSHA 10, and a willingness to travel. Comprehensive benefits, per diem, and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

At least 7 years in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
Minimum 2 years as foreman leading crews.
Active OSHA 10; plan to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days.
Proficient reading blueprints, single-line diagrams, submittals.
Valid driver’s license with clean record and willingness to travel.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside crews installing power distribution, switchgear, panels, conduit, and lighting.
Interpret blueprints and project specs to plan daily jobsite execution.
Direct daily task assignments, manage manpower, and maintain quality control across site work.
Enforce safety regulations with toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on active sites.
Coordinate scheduling, material orders, equipment logistics, and change orders with project managers.
Resolve real-time field issues involving circuit layouts, power quality, and equipment troubleshooting.
