The role requires 7+ years in electrical construction, 2+ years in a lead role, and active OSHA 10 with plans to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days. Expect travel to out-of-town locations and comprehensive safety oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• 2+ years in foreman/lead role directing crews.
• OSHA 10 certification; willing to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews installing power distribution, switchgear, panels, conduit, and lighting.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan daily execution.
• Direct daily tasks, manage manpower, ensure quality and safety on site.
