Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar electrical projects. Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Must have basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades; manage material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely completion and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
