Norlee Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead on residential projects in Fort Myers, FL. You will supervise electrical crews, enforce safety, read blueprints, and coordinate with project management to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include daily stand-ups, material management, and mentoring apprentices, with a focus on NEC compliance and quality workmanship. The role offers strong growth opportunities within our multi-trade organization.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required; master license preferred where applicable.
• 5–7 years electrical experience with prior leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems and installations.
• Thorough understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing job site conditions.
• Proficient with basic technology (smartphones, tablets, timekeeping, and reporting tools).

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical crew activities on job sites.
• Plan and schedule work to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Read and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, specs, and scopes of work.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct daily safety talks and toolbox meetings.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and crew performance; coach as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, GCs, inspectors, and other trades.
• Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Report labor hours, material usage, and status accurately.
• Identify issues early and communicate them to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site at all times.
• Mentor and train apprentices and helpers in electrical methods and safety.
