IES Commercial, Inc., DBA IES Electrical, seeks a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role supervises craft workers, interprets plans, and ensures safety and quality on projects.

Candidates should have 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience; a state electrical license is preferred and OSHA 30 or the ability to obtain it is required. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience.
• State electrical license strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers; plan labor requirements.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision.
• Confirm completion and documentation of project safety activities daily/weekly/monthly.
• Inspect quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Enforce safety policies and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems.
• Comply with company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
