Wiring Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our on-site team in Stone Mountain, GA. You will supervise daily electrical work, ensure safety and code compliance, and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines.

You will mentor apprentices, inspect work, read blueprints, and document progress. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment; competitive salary with performance bonuses, PTO, and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrical foreman.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.
