Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of foreman or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate daily job-site activities and manpower.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate permits and inspections with AHJs as needed.
