Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an electrical foreman to lead field operations in Florida, overseeing scope and coordinating with the project superintendent and other trades. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with access to iPads and ongoing training at our St.

Petersburg facility. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and solid NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, manage material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
