• Monitors work quality and safety practices, promptly addressing any issues to uphold standards.
• Communicates project goals, updates, and expectations clearly to crew members and other stakeholders.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation of project progress, incident reports, and resource utilization for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Completes and submits time cards for assigned crews accurately and on time per company policies.
