Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Licensed Foreman I to supervise electrical installations and troubleshoot within commercial and industrial environments. This role requires managing crews, ensuring safety, staying within budget, and coordinating resources across projects with site leadership.

Expect 60-75% travel, a 6 am–6 pm schedule (with variations), and active engagement with training, licensing, and performance coaching to develop team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75% of the time.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations in commercial/industrial settings.
• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• Lead medium-size projects (5–10 electricians) and motivate crews to hit goals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Manage foreman paperwork (logs, evaluations, PO logs, time cards).
• Coordinate resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within the crew.
• Read and understand estimates with PM/superintendent support.
