Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks an Electrical Services Foreman to lead line crews and supervise daily field operations. You will perform journeyman-level distribution linework as needed while ensuring safety, production, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include overhead/underground work, ensuring locates, and maintaining records and paperwork. Required credentials include CDL Class A and OSHA 10, with strong knowledge of live-line practices and rescue procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of electric utility or linework experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Journeyman Lineman-level knowledge and skills.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, live-line procedures, rubber glove and sleeve techniques, and REA framing.
• Training in Pole Top Rescue, Bucket Truck Rescue, CPR, First Aid, Equi-Potential Grounding, Tagging, and Buck Squeeze.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct electrical services crews and provide hands-on technical support.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems, including poles, conductors, cables, transformers, switches, and related equipment.
• Perform overhead and underground linework, including stringing conductors, installing cable, testing voltage, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Call in and verify utility locates before excavation.
• Maintain accurate production records, billing documentation, and required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NESC, company, and electric utility safety standards.
• Operate bucket trucks, material handlers, and other linework equipment.
• Perform pole top and bucket truck rescue when required.
