Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. seeks an experienced Foreman to lead on-site crews across large commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, safety, and client expectations while ensuring schedule adherence and high-quality installations.

You will mentor field staff, enforce safety standards, and act as the main on-site contact for inspectors and customers. Travel up to 100% regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience in a Foreman or Project Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction and best practices.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subs on large electrical projects.
• Represent KE in site walks and meetings.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work meets code, specs, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and daily tailgate meetings.
• Track progress, site conditions, and hours.
• Support budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Mentor field team and foster accountability.
• Assist with docs, change orders, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to solve issues.
• Serve as on-site contact for inspectors and clients.
