Job summary

Meta Power Solutions is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews across Florida. You will manage field operations, coordinate projects from planning through completion, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with NEC and local codes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety discipline (OSHA 30, NFPA 70E), and coordination with inspectors, customers, and project teams while traveling to Lake Park and Indiantown sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of foreman, lead electrician, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple project priorities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Crew Management: lead, supervise, and mentor electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors; coordinate daily jobsite activities; assign tasks and keep projects on schedule and budget; foster a productive work environment; train employees on safety and quality.
