Job summary

MetroPower is seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our employee‑owned team in the Southeast. This full‑time role leads electrical construction and service projects across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and federal sectors, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will supervise field crews, coordinate with trades, and ensure compliance with codes and policies. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of electrical experience are required; a technical degree is preferred; valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, supervisory preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation required.
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, coordinates, and supervises field employees assigned to electrical construction or service projects.
• Cooperates with other trades to meet specifications, regulations, and safety standards; ensures efficient completion.
