Job summary

Powerstaff is partnering with a respected commercial electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Foreman for permanent opportunities across the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento Region.

The Electrical Foreman will lead commercial electrical crews on site, coordinate with project teams, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time while mentoring junior electricians. Travel within Northern California required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial electrical construction crews.
• Strong understanding of NEC and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians and apprentices on commercial projects.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Coordinate activities with PMs, engineers, GCs, and other trades.
• Ensure installations comply with NEC and local codes.
