Job summary

Talent Corps seeks an Electrical Foreman in Norfolk, VA to lead field operations on large-scale projects. This full-time, direct-hire role offers relocation assistance and opportunities for growth.

You will supervise crews of 5+ electricians, read blueprints, ensure NEC compliance and safety, and collaborate with project managers and clients. The company provides devices and strong development support.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Experience leading crews of 5+ electricians.
• Proven experience on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Healthcare and/or data center project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5+ electricians and apprentices.
• Manage daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet NEC requirements and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor and develop electricians while promoting a positive team culture.
• Maintain strong communication and documentation throughout all project phases.
