Job summary

Kelso Industries, Premier Electric, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead residential electrical projects in the Naples, Florida area. This hands-on leader will manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently on high-end homes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential electrical experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and coordinate with project managers and trades. English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Previous foreman, lead electrician, or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with custom and high-end residential projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electricians on residential job sites
• Plan daily work activities and ensure project milestones are met
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with troubleshooting and complex installations as needed
