Job summary

ProForce Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Area Foreman to lead field crews on long-term commercial construction projects across the Tri County Area. This role focuses on delivering safe, code-compliant installations for multi-family, hotel, condominium, and commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will supervise crews, read electrical drawings, enforce quality standards, and coordinate with project managers and trades while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial electrical experience with supervisory or foreman experience.
• Experience on large-scale multi-family, hotel, condominium, and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial electrical systems.
• Experience overseeing inspections, rough-in, trim-out, outlets, devices, and final installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
