Knobelsdorff (KE) seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews for large commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating labor, materials, and safety while delivering quality installations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience as Electrical Foreman or Project Lead.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction or Data Center construction.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Partner with Construction Manager to solve issues and adjust plans.

Job Description

As the Electrical Foreman, this role supports the Electric division by leading on‑site crews, managing job site execution, and serving as the single point of contact for assigned construction projects. As Electrical Foreman you’ll be responsible for coordinating labor, materials, subcontractors, safety efforts, and customer expectations while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. What You’ll Do

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

Pay Range: 40/hr. -50/hr. plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
