Seeking a full-time electrical working foreman with experience in residential and commercial new construction and renovation, including service work. The candidate must be capable of managing small or large complex projects that may involve many electricians simultaneously. The foreman will supervise the project from the overall coordination down to detailed tasks, providing on-site direction and leadership to ensure completion within quality standards, time constraints, and budget considerations.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Managing a team, evaluating employee progress, training new team members, and attending meetings.
2. Identifying conflicts and resolving problems promptly.
3. Organizing and planning construction projects.
4. Directing work activities and inspecting installations for quality assurance.
