Aerotek in Scranton, PA seeks an experienced Commercial Electrician for a final construction phase on a new storefront project. You will work on the active site, install and terminate devices, read prints, and comply with NEC requirements on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay ranges from $28 to $35 per hour based on experience, with full benefits and weekly pay. This contract role emphasizes safety, coordination with foremen, and timely project closeout on a fully onsite assignment.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience as a commercial electrician on new construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Install and terminate electrical devices, receptacles, switches, and equipment
• Install and connect commercial lighting and lighting controls
• Pull, terminate, and identify branch circuit wiring
• Work with EMT conduit, MC cable, and THHN
• Make up electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment
• Complete above-ceiling and equipment connections
• Read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and panel schedules
• Troubleshoot circuits and correct installation issues
• Complete electrical trim-out and punch-list items
• Assist with final inspections and project closeout
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to keep the project on schedule

Commercial Electrician - New Construction Paying up to $35/hr

Location : Scranton, PA

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay : $25-$35/hr - will vary based on experience

Project : New store front

Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to assist with the final stages of a new construction project. Electricians should be comfortable working independently on an active commercial jobsite and completing installations according to prints, specifications, and NEC requirements.

This is a great fit for a well-rounded commercial electrician who can come onto a project, understand what still needs to be completed, and immediately contribute.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate electrical devices, receptacles, switches, and equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
