Accounting Search is seeking an Experienced Foreman Electrician for commercial, industrial, and healthcare wiring across multiple CT locations. The role combines hands-on electrical labor with supervision of journeymen and apprentices, focusing on safety, scheduling, and material coordination to meet NEC standards.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily on-site operations, read blueprints, enforce OSHA compliance, and manage crews to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as electrical foreman on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills to manage crews.
• Ability to read schematics, construction drawings, and specifications and ensure NEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read blueprints and interpret schematics and specs.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trade foremen.

Experienced Foreman Electrician wanted.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage Materials: Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
