We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team in Kansas City, MO. As the Electrical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing electricians and ensuring the successful execution of large scale commercial electrical projects.

Responsibilities :

• Supervision : Direct and supervise a team of electricians, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and coordinate electrical work on large scale commercial projects.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Quality Control : Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Safety Compliance : Uphold and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment for all team members.
• Resource Management : Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and materials, to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Training and Development : Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to electricians, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
• Problem-Solving : Address and resolve on-site challenges, making quick decisions to keep the project on track.
• Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and material requisitions.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman overseeing large scale commercial projects.
• License : Valid electrical journeyman license.
