Job summary

Owen Electric Company Inc is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate crews on commercial projects. The role requires reading blueprints, interpreting drawings, and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial electrical work, strong leadership, and familiarity with NEC codes and OSHA practices, plus a valid driver’s license. Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proven leadership skills with experience running crews.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites.

Physical Requirements
