The position requires 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of NEC/OSHA standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proven leadership skills with experience running crews.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.

• Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.
