Job summary

Owen Electric Company Inc is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and develop high-quality crews on large commercial projects in the Southeast. You will interpret blueprints, coordinate with project managers, and ensure work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proven leadership skills with experience running crews.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsoccasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climbas needed during the workday.

• Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.
