Job summary

Berkshire Bay Contractors, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our on-site crew on commercial projects in Florida. You will read plans, coordinate with GC and superintendents, and drive production with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement with the crew, and proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining company standards. Full-time, Monday–Friday with additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman is required.
  • Strong electrical plan-reading and blueprint-reading skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an electrical crew.
  • Experience working directly with General Contractors and jobsite superintendents.
  • Ability to organize manpower and work efficiently to meet project schedules.
  • Must be computer literate and comfortable using tablets, email, construction applications, and electronic project documents.
  • Must have your own electrical hand tools and be prepared to perform field work when necessary.
  • Must maintain clean and professional workmanship.
  • Must communicate effectively with Project Managers and upper management.
  • Must be dependable, organized, accountable, and able to take direction.
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety and electrical code requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

  • Monitor crew productivity and hold employees accountable for assigned work.
  • Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Identify conflicts or potential delays early and communicate them to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
  • Complete required job documentation and communicate project progress electronically.
  • Work alongside the crew when needed to maintain production and meet deadlines

Berkshire Bay Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a dependable leader who can manage a crew, coordinate with General Contractors, maintain quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.

This is a working foreman position. The right candidate must be willing and able to work alongside the crew when necessary to meet project deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

We need a foreman who takes ownership of the project. You should be able to review the plans, understand what needs to happen next, organize your crew, communicate with the GC, and keep management informed.

We expect our foremen to address problems before they become schedule issues. This position requires someone who can lead from the front and is willing to put their tools on when necessary to help the crew maintain production and meet deadlines.

Full-Time Position
Monday–Friday with additional hours as project schedules require.
