Electrical Foreman – Colorado Journeyman Licensed

The Electricians, LLC is a family‑owned and operated electrical contractor dedicated to powering Colorado with integrity, precision, and craftsmanship. We are hiring Working Foremen with current Colorado Journeyman’s Licenses to lead our teams of electricians in the field.

This is not a paperwork‑only position. We are seeking hands‑on leaders who wear the tools, manage crews, and drive projects forward with both fieldwork and coordination.

Applicants must have a valid Colorado JW or ME license and no felonies—no exceptions.

What You’ll Do
  • Prioritize and enforce safety on every jobsite
  • Lead and motivate a team of licensed and apprentice electricians while working alongside them in the field
  • Complete daily logs and ensure accuracy in timecards, materials, and jobsite reporting
  • Coordinate daily with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to keep jobs on track
  • Review and redline drawings, order materials, and confirm equipment needs
  • Manage project costs by selecting vendors, monitoring material pricing, and controlling budgets
  • Enforce company policies and lead by example by following the same standards
  • Communicate effectively with General Contractors, including site superintendents and their staff
  • Deliver top‑quality installations on time and to specification
Abilities & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years jobsite electrical experience required
  • Colorado Journeyman’s License (Required)
  • Job requires no previous felonies
  • Proven experience leading Tenant Improvement and Commercial projects
  • Strong history of building and maintaining relationships with GCs and commercial clients
  • Exceptional safety awareness and leadership in high‑pressure environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to balance fieldwork with financial and reporting responsibilities

Compensation
  • $38–$55/hour total compensation package
  • Overtime pay
  • Bonus opportunities
Schedule
  • 8‑10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday
  • Overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
  • On‑call rotation
  • Year‑round, stable workload
