Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership, organization, and field management for teams of 5-25 on electrical projects ranging from $250K to $5M.
2. Manage projects including controlled take-offs, budgets, phasing, reporting, and meetings.
3. Train and develop your teams to ensure retention and efficiency.
4. Oversee daily production, safety, quality, and morale.
5. Build and strengthen client, vendor, and team relationships.

Job Requirements
