Job summary

IES Residential, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on multi-family residential construction projects in the Athens, GA area, ensuring safety, scheduling, and quality. The role oversees field operations, reads drawings, and collaborates with GCs and other trades.

Minimum 4–6 years in residential/multi-family electrical work, with high school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman/Master license a plus. Strong NEC knowledge and leadership required.

  • 4+ years of residential or multi-family electrical experience.
  • Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical installations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews.
  • Proficiency with tablets and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices
  • Plan and direct daily electrical work from drawings and specifications
