Job summary

IES Residential, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on multi-family residential construction in the Athens, GA area.

You will supervise electricians, plan daily work from drawings, ensure NEC/OSHA compliance, and coordinate materials and schedules on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (a plus).
• 4+ years of residential or multi-family electrical experience.
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical installations.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews.
• Proficiency with tablets and basic project management tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

This role oversees daily field operations, ensures code compliance and safety, coordinates labor and materials, and maintains project schedules and quality standards.
