You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and trade partners, oversee timelines and budgets, perform on-site inspections, and communicate with stakeholders while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects.
• Knowledge of construction workflows and MEP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with project management software platforms.
• PMP certification is a beneficial asset.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise MEP initiatives from start to finish to meet targets.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and trade partners to satisfy requirements.
• Create and oversee plans for timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct on-site inspections to track progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing standards.
• Deliver detailed project performance updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize delays.
