Fox Service Company seeks an Electrical Field Supervisor to oversee electricians, generator technicians and installers, driving growth while ensuring top-tier customer service. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, and staff development in a fast-paced residential setting.

The ideal candidate has a TX Journeyman license, 5+ years in residential electrical work, and strong supervisory and communication skills. A valid DL and generator familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• TX Journeyman electrical license or higher
• Current TDLR licensure
• Minimum 5+ years in residential electrical work
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Knowledge of gas piping, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong supervisory, communication, computer, and math skills
• Attitude focused on quality work
• Customer service oriented
• Experience with generators preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Evaluate workload and schedule service to maximize profits
• Create and manage budgets
• Ensure materials and equipment are ordered for scheduled jobs
• Schedule repairs to minimize downtime
• Generate and review reports with management
• Instruct crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship
• Review payroll to ensure proper pay
• Ensure employees have proper tools and maintenance
• Assist dispatch to match skillset for service
• Evaluate staff and determine training needs
• Provide on-the-job training and staff development
• Manage and develop staff including hiring, termination, discipline, rewards, and scheduling
• Additional duties as assigned
