• Licensed residential electrician with leadership capabilities.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to lead field-based teams and ensure quality workmanship.
• Comfort in field-based leadership 50–75% in-field work.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily revenue and meet department goals.
• Oversee the full sales-to-install workflow.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments and close installations.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and install teams efficiently.
• Provide on-site supervision and uphold quality standards.
• Deliver technical training and ride-along coaching.
• Lead daily huddles and service system meetings.
• Interview, onboard, and train new technicians.
• Mentor and develop techs to elevate skills.
• Spend 50–75% in the field coaching technicians.
