Job summary

Sundt Construction, a leading contractor, is seeking a project supervisor to manage day-to-day field activities, safety, schedule coordination, and cost control. The role involves supervising craft employees and subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to the project plan.

Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, coordinating equipment and methods, and leading risk management with project teams. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Understanding construction scheduling and cost control and the ability to control and supervise employees and subcontractors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists in or conducts review of shop drawings and design conflicts along with RFI review and implementation and manages Quality Control and Safety responsibilities as well as subcontractor coordination and oversight.
• Assists in or manages the selection of equipment, construction methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Assists with or conducts subcontractor meetings.
• Assists with or manages the implementation of LEAN planning.
• Conducts risk management analysis on a daily basis working with project leaders to ensure timely mitigation and documentation.
