Job summary

Strata seeks a Manager of Electrical Technical Services to lead field support for dragline electrical systems and related mining equipment. You will personally perform and guide commissioning, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle support while developing preventive maintenance strategies.

Travel ~50-70% to customer sites, mine facilities, and industry events; collaborate with North American Mining to identify service opportunities and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in mining equipment, heavy industrial field service, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of dragline electrical systems, power distribution, controls, and diagnostics.
• Experience with field service leadership, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform electrical commissioning, startup, inspections, testing, and diagnostics.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and provide field service support.
• Build long-term customer relationships through technical expertise and responsiveness.
