Job summary

The role reports to the Field Service Manager and requires travel for service calls; candidates should be able to read wiring diagrams, work safely in confined spaces, and maintain documentation of service records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Confined Space and OSHA 10 certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and reference check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to pumps, motors, pump stations and control panels.
• Mechanical aptitude with lift stations, piping, and valves.
• Must be available to report to Brook Park, OH for training and non-field workdays.
• Willingness to travel for service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installation, wiring, and commissioning of pump stations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical control panels, alarms, and mechanical components.
• Diagnose and repair VFDs, relays, and motor controls.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Oversee installation quality of pump stations on job sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections on lift stations.
• Travel to service calls as needed.
• Document asset information and service records.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety practices.
• Keep a clean and organized work area and follow SOPs.
