Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Service Representative in Charlotte, NC. This role includes a company car and a guaranteed 40-hour paid week, with opportunities to deliver technical solutions to customers and service electrical equipment.

The expected annual salary range is $69,000 to $101,000, based on experience and qualifications, with the note that salaries are guidelines and may vary by market and business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in electrical/mechanical industries.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC; active-duty military exemption applies.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments involving equipment design, testing, or process studies.
• Display proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, and protection & control design.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
