Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking a Project HSE Technician to support our Monroe, NC site. The role requires coordinating safety orientations, conducting field inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety plans and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting with accident investigations, updating safety records, and participating in daily safety meetings. Qualified candidates will have OSHA 30 and 5 years in HSE for Electrical work, with bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification and HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as an HSE Technician in Electrical (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Safety Coordinator or Branch Office Safety Coordinator.
• Conduct new hire and site orientation per plan.
• Perform field inspections and safety audits (JSEA, equipment, PPE).
• Enter and manage safety observations in BBs systems and trainings in MMR Files.
