Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical) to provide technical engineering information to project managers and field supervision, ensuring design compliance and supporting project controls. This traveling role supports multiple states across the US.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in engineering, have 1–2 years in construction, and prefer electrical project experience. The job involves coordinating material, schedules, and subcontract oversight, with safety and quality protocols

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction is required.
• Prior experience with Electrical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical drawings and specifications for industrial construction; interpret design drawings for crafts installing material; prepare field design change requisitions and as-built drawings.
• Comprehend subcontract language, scope, terms and technical requirements.
• Plan and develop construction work packages for civil and process plant systems.
• Understand detailed project schedules including required predecessors and successors to each activity.
• Manage QA/QC duties per the Lemartec Field Engineering Handbook; ensure quality across crafts.
