Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an Electrical Field Engineer for the Pecos, Texas project to support daily inspection and construction of electrical works associated with GE 7HA.02 Simple Cycle gas turbines, generators and SCR systems. You will mobilize on a long-term camp assignment to Pecos, TX, contingent on project award.

Responsibilities include work planning, material management, quantity verification, safety and quality control, and subcontract coordination, ensuring compliance with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and extensive field experience.
• Experience on Simple Cycle or Combined Cycle facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, ASTM and ANSI codes.
• Proficient computer skills, word processing, spreadsheets, databases.

Responsibilities

• Supports work planning, packaging and drawings for construction activities.
• Manages materials, quantity takeoffs and field purchases.
• Verifies quantities in tracking systems and coordinates inspections.
• Ensures safety, quality control and zero accident program adherence.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and review of submittals.
